KUPRES – Na kupreškoj visoravni održan je međunarodni
parakup. Na natjecanju u letenju
paraglajderom sudjelovalo je 25 klubova
iz Slovenije, Hrvatske i BiH.
Organizator ovog skupa bio je Aero-klub
Kupres. Najvještiji letač na ovom međunarodnom
kupu bio jeKuprešanin Drago Ledić.
Uz sportsko natjecanje koje zahtjeva iznimnu vještinu cilj
organizatora bio je letenje
paraglajderom uvrstiti u turističku
ponudu kupreške visoravani koja je
bogata prirodnim ljepotama, čistim
zrakom, srdačnim i gostoljubljivim
ljudima.
Jedan od donatora skupa je turistički djelatnik Mate
Rebrina. «Motor» pokretač ovog sve
popularnijeg sporta je Aeroklub
"Kupres" čiji su članoviuredili
niz startova od kojih izdvajamo: Vran s
visinskom razlikom od oko 600 m, te
Gradinu i Čardačicu s visinskom
razlikom od oko 120 m. Svi startovi i
sletišta su travnati bez ikakvih značajnih
zapreka za letenje.
